Naked As A Jay Bird!

I started looking at my Hittys that I have carved and stripped them down and are showing them to you today. I have lost one, Everly, I don’t know where she is. But I did start numbering them on their backs so I could remember how many I’ve carved - 18.

Hitty Clair and New Dresses

 

I want to introduce you to Hitty Clair, formerly pencil neck , whose neck got a makeover using KwikWood. Then meet Rosey, not sure if she is a Hitty since she has a side part and red hair, but hope she can be called Hitty Rosey. 

 The girls requested special colored shoes and socks. Of course I do what I can for my little girls.

Hitty Rosey

I was tempted by seeing someones red haired Hitty, so I wanted one too! I carved this girl yesterday and I would like to introduce you to Hitty Rosey. She wanted a side part on her hair and of course it had to be reddish!  I get so much inspiration from my group Hitty and FrienFriends on Facebook!

  

Hitty Rosey got a new dress and wanted to show you all! You can’t see it but she has on bloomers too! After showing Hitty Marigold in her crocheted dress with no undies - someone noticed and I realized she was showing off her goodies! Shame on me. Now each new Hitty will get new undies before she gets a new dress.

Well, something is wrong with me because I can't leave my Hittys alone! I keep changing them! Hitty Rosey had fat little cheeks that I thought were too fat so I carved them off and a lot of her neck too! L

I think I ruined her! Lord, have mercy!

Anyway, meet the new Rosey! I guess I'll never learn!

Hitty Violette

 

I seem to have carved another Hitty Doll! I want to introduce you to Hitty Violette. She may be my favorite so far. 

 

Here's a bit of a profile and I have finally learned how to carve lips! Yea me!

 

She's kind of pretty I think!

Hitty Violette is just the sweetest young lady and softly asked if I would crochet her a dress. Of course I will! I told her I would crochet a special ensemble just for her! I even crocheted a special hat for her too! 

She was just so happy!

Necklaces!!

  I have been a bad Hitty Mommy! I haven’t made the coral necklaces for my Hittys! They were not happy with me so I sat down yesterday and got caught up on necklaces!

 Whew! Now I’m off the hook - for now anyway!

Meet Hitty Pheobe

  I am seeing so many of these black eyed Hittys and I wanted one too so I tried to carve one. Meet Hitty Phoebe! She's not perfect (I have learned how to keep my knives sharp and almost carved her arm in two!) but I think she is sweet. 

Here you can see a closeup of her little face and her black eyes.

 

You know I couldn't stop with just one dress for Hitty Pheobe - I had to crochet her a dress and a hat. She was perfectly pleased!
