 My new Hittys wanted to wish you all a very happy 4th of July! 

I made them all new Patriotic dresses and of course they wanted to show them off.

All Of My Hittys and Etcetera

Since it was Easter Sunday, I gathered all of my Hittys and the extras to take them to Sunday School and Church. They were excited because there was to be an Easter Egg Hunt afterwards. So I crocheted a few Easter baskets and the girls are so sweet and said they would share all of the eggs they gathered.

 

 Now I have here my three Gail Wilson Hittys, my Hitty Larken (I didn't carve) from a Hitty event and all of the rest I've carved - Hittys, Hitty friends, little boys, Bitty Hittys and Bitty babies. They squeezed really close together to sit on the table top.

 

The first two Hittys on the back row on the left side are my first two Hittys I ever carved - Hitty Evie and Hitty Annabelle. Poor little things, but they were first and will always be special to me. On the second row on the left you will see Becassine. She is the French maid who helps out with the Hittys.

Many little Hitty faces in clothes that I've either sewn or crocheted. On the front row you'll see Mawmaw and Pawpaw helping to take care of the little ones.
 

  

Here on the right side you'll see a couple of little boys - little Bubba and Dusty. They are great friends and love all of the Hittys. On the second row you will see a doggy girl and her name is Petulia. On the front row I carved an Alice in Wonderland doll and she fits right in. There are a couple of little dolls for the Hittys to play with poked in the scene too that I carved. And...there's Tang. I didn't carved Tang but he has to always be with the girls.

Hitty Georgette

 Well, it was time to carve another Hitty. When I finished her my husband wanted to name her. I said - okay! He said, how about Hitty Georgette? His name is George.

Hitty Georgette is a very sweet Hitty with brown hair and green eyes.

See? She has a quiet little soft smile.

Oh, and...she has green shoes to match her green eyes. Oh, my goodness! There is Tang again trying to get all of the attention. All of the Hittys just love him and he loves them. Well, Tang is very attracted to all of the kitties on Hitty Georgette's dress! Lord, have mercy.

Almost Easter

It's almost Easter and Petulia got a new crocheted Easter dress and hat along with a little Easter basket. She and Bunny have hit it off and are fabulous friends already!

Of course, there's Tang!

Just a couple of Hitty friends playing their little wooden heads off and Tang is playing too!

 

Oh, my goodness! These little gals are going to get into trouble! Get out of that bowl, Petulia!

 

Petulia and Bunny went off to take a nap so Hitty Marvie decided she would go for a walk and ran into some baby bunnies and baby lambs! They just loved her and she loved them!

 

She got a new shawl that matches her dress. Here's the back so you can see it.

 

She also got a little hat and crocheted collar. We need to put a button on the collar but she just couldn't wait to wear it!

Bunny's New Easter Dress

I needed to make Bunny an Easter dress. She seems to be happy with it. She wanted a bonnet but I told her that her bunny buns would be in the way! Hope you like Bunny’s new dress!

She picked out the fabric - a pretty pink with white daisies all over it. Then she wanted an overskirt and that fabric had soft pastel flowers on it. But the main thing she wanted was a great big collar and I could do that. So I tried my best to do what she wanted and we added a pretty flower in the center of her collar. 

Now Bunny is all pretty for Easter!

Gail Wilson Hitty Club

I received my Gail Wilson Hitty Club surprise. I had to build it, paint it and put it together. I finished and wanted to show you. It’s the lift seat bench. 

Hitty Christabel put on a pink dress to match her shoes and was checking it out. The pillow fabric was a gift from a Hitty friend and I made them into pillows. I think the Hittys are going to like this bench.

Hitty Christabel heard some scratching inside the bench so she lifted up the seat lid and there was Tang! Oh, my goodness, that kitty cat!

Meet Hitty Christabel

Surprise, surprise! I carved another Hitty! Meet Hitty Christabel! She seems pretty sweet, and of course wanted her individual dress. So I made one from a Gail Wilson pattern and it’s a little too tight across the shoulders. Next time I’ll adjust.

 

Hitty Christabel didn't seem to mind that her dress didn't fit very well.

She wanted brown eyes so that is what I gave her.

Pink shoes! She wanted pink shoes and that's what she got.

Meet Bunny

I think I have a problem!

 I have decided I have HCS (Hitty Carving Syndrome) -  I can’t stop carving! 

So here is a Hitty friend, Bunny!  

She wanted bunny ears but I told her that wouldn’t be very pretty so we settled on little pigtail buns. She was pleased.

Bunny wanted her own crocheted dress but she wanted it to look like a carrot! I did the best I could. She grabbed some bunnies and of course Tang was near by!

Hitty Ashley

I know! I know! Just shoot me! I just had to carve one more girl and this is Hitty Ashley. She is a little shy but told me she wanted blue shoes so she got some. Hope you like Hitty Ashley.

Hitty Ashley had to borrow one of the other Hittys dress because I haven't had time to make her a special one yet. Tang as really take to Hitty Ashley, can't you tell?

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Hitty Harmony and Hitty Marvie have found the pot of gold! They followed the rainbow and there it was - at the end! They also found some magical shamrocks to play with. The girls are pretending to be leprechauns right now. As you can see, they are in their new crocheted St. Patrick's Day outfits! What fun these little wooden heads are!
